First few are about cameras or tracking apps even and as a parent I can kinda relate.
Thing is that rather than empathy they turn to rebellion and comments encourage this.
Maybe because I am getting older I tend to review both sides before I make a decision, but Reddit is a good way to see the demographic of 15 to 30 year olds and prediction of behavior.
It's almost like going to a mall and watching people trying to predict behavior. Something the wife and I used to do often, but now we just watch LivePD and laugh.
Anyways just look at how these threads degenerate into a hug box.
It was a weird moment when I realized that I made the step from child to parent. If it were 7 years ago I'd have been more sympathetic to the posters, but now I'm more sympathetic to the parents. It's a difference of understanding intent.
