I can't think of anything for sharp objects, but for repetition strain:
"Don't go too hard; give your hands a rest"
Pinch points obviously need to be something about sticking your fingers in places, but I can't think of one that's suggestive enough while also not being obvious.

Depends on where you work and what people do there.
Otherwise you could probably have an eye wash station that looks vaguely like a golden shower, and have it say something like 'know where to go'. Maybe something about getting wet if you can incorporate it.
