I believe /new will be new posts from your subscriptions, but /all/new will be all new posts from the entire site (depending on your NSFW setting)

IIRC, it was actually a self-contained sub until my second day on this site, but now it just redirects to https://phuks.co/all/hot
Also, /new and /all/new seem to give me a different list of posts. Not sure what that's about.
