I've seen the crisscross design in my own skies.

Are you aware of just how many flights there are a day? Watch flight maps, it's incredible. It's inevitable that they will cross paths. At any given time, in my area, I can look in the sky and see between one and five planes in the sky. It kind of rare to NOT see an airplane around here, to be honest--it was really freaking weird when all flights were grounded on 9/11/2001. I'm about 40-50 miles north of the nearest Int'l airport, but it's a busy flight path.

As for HAARP, it's ridiculous to think that they could control the weather. The Ionosphere starts around 60 miles, while the highest clouds stop around 53 miles--and those aren't clouds that precipitate or have any reasonable effect on our weather. Most of those are within a mile or so, just below where airliners fly. And yeah, maybe radio waves can alter brainwaves, but we're a long, long way from purposefully manipulating brain activity from point blank., let alone from 60+ miles above the Earth.

The Russian signals were never really confirmed. The best theory on those that I saw was that they were instruction channels for spies. EDIT: The term for this that I was thinking of was number stations.

Another cool thing from the USSR was nicknamed the Russian Woodpecker, it was an over-the-horizon early warning radar system that caused a ton of interference for radio and television broadcasts. Manufacturers were actually installing circuitry to negate its effects. The thing is quite an impressive sight, though.

Thank you for this explanation. You're right, I really don't know anything about the flight systems or anything beyond a rudimentary college physics course. There are tons of things that go on that the masses don't know about, and they are not necessarily malevolent in design.

I think its a case of intelligent people not actually knowing certain things about the world that causes a lot of these mental loopholes.

Number stations! That's what it was, good find. And that Duga Russian radio system is very interesting. I will be reading more into this later.

Just wanted to tag my 2 cents onto this chain.

Weather manipulation to a certain degree is real and dates back decades. But that's mainly focused on rain.

Chemtrails start with a dubious origin if you look into who created the theory back in the 90's. Also every picture I've seen presented as proof, with airliners containing massive tanks and tubing. Are all misrepresented. As those tanks simulate people moving around.

HAARP is a tougher one to dig into. Real info is most classified and nonsense has filled the void. My just is still out on this one, but I strongly suspect it's not nefarious.

Numbers stations are a fascination of mine. You guys already mentioned UVB-76 aka the buzzer. But there's dozens more and some still in use.

Also, look into the fun theory of the wood pecker signal destroying parts of a village in Newfoundland.

Sorry, I wish I could cite some sources to get you started. But I'm headed out the door to work now.
