The user base is more mature, well mostly. There is little difference. One big plus is phuks doesn't have CCP censorship by brigading. On the downside, they are a little more uptight about how you treat niggers.
Edit: Also the admins are orders of magnitude better, except that one faggot who deletes my posts. Fuck that guy.
