The user base is more mature, well mostly. There is little difference. One big plus is phuks doesn't have CCP censorship by brigading. On the downside, they are a little more uptight about how you treat niggers.

There's no site exclusivity here. Be here because you want to be, not because you feel you have to be. Use voat as well? That's fine. Want to check out poal? cool. Still like reddit? Have at it. Just don't try to turn phuks into voat, nobody wants that here.

Differences: CCP and SCP are combined here. The admins are also forced to remove some of the particularly racist posts, due to the terms and conditions of their host. They seem to leave comments alone though, and don't seem particularly happy when they have to censor things.
Other than that, they're pretty much the same thing.

Well, let me put it this way. /s/niggers isn't banned, and race realism doesn't seem to be a banable offense, but the community doesn't seem to like dealing with any of it. The only posts I've seen get downvotes on this site are the blind racists.
However, the community seems to appreciate nuanced discussion far more than voat does. One example might be my comment on this post. Downvotes aren't a contagion like they are on voat.
