If an old friend of 10+ years calls... how do you let him down easy and say you aren't interested in his friendship anymore?

He wants to jump through hoops to catch up and I keep blowing him off. I should probably say fuck off but after 12 years of friendship I guess I want it to be more gallant? He's rich and bought a blonde blue eyed virgin from eastern europe... I'm just pretty much disgusted with him.
