The seven inscriptions were discovered in four tunnels beneath the biblical prophet's tomb, which is a shrine that's sacred to both Christians and Muslims.

I wasn't aware anyone claimed to know where Jonah was buried.
Although I guess I shouldn't be surprised to hear it exists, credible or not.

The inscription also discusses his conquest of Sidon (located in modern-day Lebanon), claiming that Esarhaddon's army tore down the city's walls and threw them into the Mediterranean Sea.

Was this some kind of ancient-world hobby? Their neighbor city Tyre was also thrown into the sea (by Alexander the Great, so his army could sack the island settlement just offshore)
