To be honest you hardly notice being nude or around nude people anymore after the first few minutes. Being nude just becomes normal and in a sense it's a very natural state of being for humans. Spa's and sauna's are also coed in NL so it's all fairly normal to see naked women/people , atleast to me it is.
A nude beach is a lot less about flirting, sex, being seen or sexual orientated then a normal beach. On those the girls walk around in tight, high cut, flashy, lifting and accentuating bikini's. (as long as you are not on a goddamn gay cruising beach/area)

No, it's a public beach, so camera's are not expressly forbidden. (Almost all Coastal municipalities have a designated nude beach and we do not have private beaches on the Dutch coast) I don't precisely know what the law is on being filmed without consent in NL, but i have no doubt you would atleast get some very negative reactions from people when you would start to film strangers on a Dutch nude beach.
