at 60 for today... I ran 2 miles on the treadmill at speed 7.5 earlier... said I burnt 300 Calories... A bigmac is 540 i think and you need 2000 daily to break even... I consumed 1020 in alcohol

Doing 100 is cool. But I've figured out how to do 30 and really get you drained... have some fun with the pushups here's my 2 cents please read as it is useful for gains.
