My form yesterday was so wrong its crazy one can fuck up pushups so bad. Watched some videos and it is going to be tough to finish 100 today. In proper form I can only do max six at a time. Im at 22 now and phuk man. Ill post the video link in a bit. With the update.
I like his form but arm placement just works different muscled more. His way doesn't work the pectorals as much as the way I was taught and kills the triceps.
