My form yesterday was so wrong its crazy one can fuck up pushups so bad. Watched some videos and it is going to be tough to finish 100 today. In proper form I can only do max six at a time. Im at 22 now and phuk man. Ill post the video link in a bit. With the update.

careful with that form, my shoulders are a bit fucked because of it

You think your shoulder pain was caused by pushups like that? It's possible. My left shoulder is especially painful after repetitive work or motions. But I've been pretty physical my whole adult life.

i'm quite active but i can't think of anything else that might have done it. any shoulder workouts i have to do very carefully and correctly or else i'll get a bit of a popping feel and more than like 10 push ups gets pretty painful.
