Being brutally honest and having people with enough emotional maturity and decernment to respect that and recieve it without getting their knickers in a twist ;)

It used be your word was your honor, I say bring it back, insist on it to help each other achieve it. Even I need practise on that one :p

I agree. When you say "be honest," people still try to avoid offending you. Nobody likes to be real. And if you're offended by an honest opinion, you shouldn't have asked for it in the first place.

Totally agree with you, obviously one needs tact but we should never shy away from the truth of the matter and learn to enjoy it when we receive it; daily just practicing it as a skill.

This comes to mind; An athlete doesn’t just instantly run a couple of miles with ease or comfortability but gradually picks up endurance and stamina to handle the distance.
