I always liked Colossus, maybe it's because he ruled in the arcade game. The story of Nightcrawler is pretty fascinating (he traces back to the original Deviants). I like Psylocke and Rogue too, Psylocke's whole psionic-ninja thing was a pretty new idea for the time and Rogue's limitations made for some great plot points.
