We're having smoked brisket and ribs, today. I'll make you a few sandwiches, save you rack of baby back ribs, and stack of flat ribs. I'll leave it in a blue cooler behind the tree to the right of the gate (careful not to touch the fence at all!). I'll put in some coleslaw and cold potato + egg salad, too. I made both!

This was the first time with a pellet smoker. The brisket is beautiful and tastes heavenly. We have a big offset smoker that'll handle a 100 pound suckling pig, but it requires a lot of tending. The was so much more relaxing
