I've never had lincod, but I have cod at leadt once a week. I love cod for fish and chips. I have cod fish and chips for lunch every Friday at a deli near school. It's always fresh and they'll cook it breaded or battered. The fries are nice and thick, too, and not cooked in the same oil as the fish.
Maybe in the fall I'll be able to try some as we're probably going to spend the cold months in Hawaii.
