Do you agree?
What is dim sum? I live in a very small town that only has one restaurant.
Dim sum is usually a sort brunch/lunch that you enjoy with friends. The menu will have dozens of items that a mostly served in bamboo steamer baskets with several pieces of the menu item and everyone shares from the basket. A larger restaurant will sometimes have servers pushing carts with various baskets and offering them as they pass.
If your party is large, you might order 2-3 baskets of one item if everyone wants a piece, or only one basket. I've been out with several freinds and had 15+ baskets at the end of our meal.
If you have had a lot of experience with Chinese food it's a great way to sample all sorts of things without commiting to an entree.
Cabbage is only slightly edible when raw and only gets worse when cooked. Cooking cabbage is not allowed in my house due to it's repulsive stench.
