Actually though if you did drink that it would help a lot with the hot sauce on its way out. You can get charcoal tabs to help too

Charcoal would work the best.
Just take a couple peices add a tbs of water and place it in a blender to grind it. Clean up in the blender is easy just add a about a tbs of soap and oil(to help bind) to a cup of water and run it on low, will clean it right out.
