So...

Umm...

I'm not actually able to decide if that makes it better, or worse.

I'm almost tempted to ask how you know this, but I'm not sure I want to know the answer.

There was actually a commercial for it when I was watching the new Venture Bros cartoon after midnight last week. I couldn't turn away because I was so repulsed by the commercial. It was like black guys joking about how they could go bang more people now that they're taking this.

This makes me more confident that I'm more content when I avoid television. I've never really been a huge fan, so it's not a great loss. I do love me some good/real documentaries, but regular television is just not something I consume. I'm also not very good at suspending belief and watching most fiction.

Not sure if that explains anything, but I figured I'd try.

I'm with you on some of that. My ex wife used to be obsessed with crime drama shows like Law and Order, SVU, NCIS and hospital dramas. My god those shows were insufferable.

The history channel used to be so legit when I was young, but it's so shit now. Legitimately the only live tv I watch are a few cartoons like Venture Bros. We have free cable where I live and this is the first time I used it in over a year. I do end up inadvertently watching a few hours of horse racing tv per day because my brother is obsessed with it and he watches races on tv, his laptop and his phone all at the same time
