The nice lady at the counter said I only had to fill out a 67-B and I could have free reign over the ban hammer.
The department of departmentalization has updated their rules and 67-B is now obsolete. They found it to be far too lenient and were forced to make restrictions. Pretty much anyone could fill out a 67-B and get Ban Hammer authorization over 4 business days- that was utter chaos.
Maybe the system isn't perfect, but if you want to ban shitposters, you need to go through the proper channels. There are RULES here!
