Why the fuck didn't you wear gloves? I made the mistake of playing in insulation once when I was a kid....learned a fucking lesson that day.
I was doing inspections under the crawl space in a house and forgot that insulation falls down and needs to be stuffed back in. Plus gloves get expensive out of pocket.
I tear through anything under 10 dollars in about two weeks. My hands calus naturally and it's like my own built in gloves. I normally don't do the crawls so this is avoided.
Clean with cold water first. Then hot water if you so choose. Cold water keeps the pores small so the fiberglass has a better chance of being washed off. Hot water will open the pores and bammo! You're itchy as fuck for longer.
