What if substance D is just the internet? You'll see some really messed up things go down while you are on it but you won't do anything.
If zero people had the internet and started seeing the shit we see today, they would have no problem telling the one tranny they run into that they are wacko because they wouldn't have a context for why someone would be that insane.
