Ehh it's a matter of perspective. Mostly a perspective of whether more government will mean more things getting done. I think the answer is a flat no, but socialist types disagree.

As I understand the situation, one of the three major formula plants in the country was shut down due to potential contamination issues that proved to not actually come from the plant itself, but it hasn't restarted yet because of the red tape. The theory here would be that we fund the government agency in order to have the staff they need to be responsive.

Personally I think that just gives you too many cooks in the kitchen, none of whom actually want to be there.

Yeah or you could have "States" with governments and the another bigger government or something to keep an eye on them.
