Taking a hint from how Islam takes down a country (financially) and how businesses eliminate competition (financially), this is how you stop other countries from passing the buck or taking advantage. You hit them where it hurts: money. Without money, the country can't exist. The great thing here is that since these people are coming in from Central America and the US is building a wall and moving towards more wall, that would effectively trap them in Mexico and they wouldn't have the money to deal with it or stop them. Mexico knows this.
