I was a little drunk when I read it and keyed in on the "Trump isn't acting like other presidents" thing, which is why he was elected.

Other than that i thought it was quibbling on the the wall / fence thing. Also the basis of the article is a claim of Trump "seething and panicking", from another article that based on rumor.
