The European Union, Britain, France, Poland, Denmark, and Canada all condemned what they called Russian aggression. I'm pretty curious what will happen though... Will Europe take action some how or not...

My guess is maybe more sanctions, but I wouldn't expect more than that.

Is there anything left to sanction on Russia? I mean, unless Europe wants to go the rest of the winter without any heat just to economically spite them.

I know I'm paranoid, but every time something like this happens I expect it to devolve into a multi-country conflict.

You're not paranoid, I feel the same way too. 2018 and the world still waging wars of all kinds and it will always be this way, but religious and civil wars should stop and never happen again. A war of aggression is what might happen now between Russia and Ukraine.
