I'm pretty sure conservatives cried foul then, too. Everyone needs to stop being so outraged that belligerent media doesn't get preferential treatment. There are thousands of 'news' organizations that could be part of the White House Press Pool and will happily take Fox or CNN's seats if given the chance.
That said, hostile news organizations certainly shouldn't stop being hostile; calling out government on misdeeds is pretty much their job. Just don't expect to have a mic under the President-Elect's mouth 24-7 if you go that route.
