Housing Secretary Ben Carson calls poverty a 'state of mind'

I actually agree with him. I see it everyday where I work. As with anything the label doesn't work for every poor person but if you work with it like he has you will see a generational cycle that can't be denied. I've had tenants tell me they have no reason to work because everything they need is provided for them.
