The story is exactly the same with the genders swapped: when a man spends a night with a woman leading her on and passes out from too much drink and the drunk woman sexually violates him, it's primarily the woman's fault for raping him. Where do you see the problem?
I understand that our animal sides come out when we're drunk, but that doesn't wipe out our societal responsibilities, when we commit crimes we are still to blame more than the victims, and face standard punishments.
Having said that I know we are not born and raised equal: I don't see a contradiction in thinking that a convicted pedophile might be a better person than me. If I had lived their life I may caused even more damage to others.

So you're saying that Africa is underdeveloped because Africans are stupid, and not just stupid because their countries happen to be relatively underdeveloped at this point, but inherently, genetically stupid as if intelligence magically correlates with skin tone and eye slant for certain people's convenience.
