Honestly I don't see it being a big issue as I will be an active admin and it seems to me that their bullshit requires that people not be paying attention.

The intent might be a good idea, but I don't think it will work.
A slight change to spelling or name bypasses it, and the fact that it's banned will be seen as provocative.
Those clowns are bored and always looking for an excuse to cause drama or troll.
You can't entirely avoid giving them reasons, because they will just make shit up, but no need to make it easy.
