That works with or without the trailing slash. I'm just saying that it's a standard to provide a url if it's a url.

That's just the code looking to parse MVC style urls and not defensively saying "oh, it's just a trailing slash, not a missing parameter." I mean, yeah, it's reading the slash and looking for the next param as intended but it's a logical bug... It's standard for a trailing slash to be okay.
