We finally got the mobile site to a point where it's relatively usable, you can try it out on https://dev.phuks.co

This page can install itself as an app on Android and iOS (on Android you'll get a toast prompting you to "Add Phuks to your homescreen", while on iOS the option is hidden in the share menu).

If you find any glitch or bug, do not forget to report it to us on https://phab.phuks.co. We have a checklist with all the functionality that we have yet to implement here.

Meh, no expando, am disappoint

But otherwise excellent. And fast.

I'm still thinking of a way to make expandos work there. For now images from trusted domains are directly embedded when opening a post

How about just make the preview the expando and the post title open the link directly (that's kind of how Apollo for reddit does it except the title goes to comments - well, the preview goes directly to link)? Or are you talking more technical?

I noticed that the embedded “image preview” button is gone on the new mobile design. Will it be added back? I use it quite frequently on the current mobile version when quikckly looking at images on s/funny etc. I don’t see it on the to-do list.

We're considering it. At the moment you can tap on a thumbnail and it will automatically load images on some domains.

On mobile and when that site works as a mobile app I think it's usually more straightforward to just click on the image link (but the image link is not visible until you enter to the post, I should change that)

It’s really coming along, and rapidly. Opinions are like assholes, so be sure to give is yours.
