Given the scope of their ambitions and our dependence on them, behemoth brands should be treated, and held to account, for what they really are: commercial superpowers.

Well, I'd rather we just destroyed companies when they get large enough to corrupt public institutions and stifle competition... but sure, let's give them UN seats instead.
