I just don't get why the focus is on sexuality instead of living conditions. There's no shortage of people w/ a shared yet shit experience. I truly don't give a shit he's gay or what him and his boyfriend went through. How many families w/ young kids went through the same? Magically not news...

Just sounds like shangri-la compared to the first apartment me and the wife shared. Sounds even better than when I was in college. People that focus on something specific miss the suffering most share. Imagine always living/sleeping w/ the lights on. People that have lived in a roach infested hell hole get it.
