I'm pretty sure we're even worse than Canada. I'm pretty sure with Canada theirs is more confined to their cities. They have enough population to have regions to move to. In NZ, we're more condensed to the cities and large towns. Once they become expensive, there's no other place to move to, so the entire nation is getting worse and worse.
