For me it’s more about people at the peak of skill in their craft producing a physical item. I think of jewelers, wood carvers, bakers, bladesmiths, etc. Things that involve a lot of skill that can only be acquired through labor and time. For example, athletes don’t count since they don’t produce anything. Check out the videos I posted already to get an idea.

Can you try to define that a bit more? I'm not sure exactly what's in the realm of acceptability there.
