I've heard it's amazing. It's over a 13 hour drive just for me to get to Houghton, but I think it will be worth it.

Damn, that's a long drive. I think that drive is about 6 hours for us.

Twenty or 30 wolves, brought in from Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, or possibly Canada, will be captured and released in the park over the next three years in a bid to tamp down the moose population that has exploded as inbreeding has reduced the existing wolf population on the island to just two related animals.

Agressive infestation to affect native agriculture rarely has a positive effect.

It sounds like they will have a real moose problem with they don't support their natural predator.
