Air guns of any kind are not regulated by the same legislation regarding gunpowder guns and thus can be legally banned or controlled at any level of government. On that note, you can walk into wal-mart, buy an air rifle/pistol and not worry about the same laws that might forbid you from buying a gun. The amazing thing is that air rifles and pistols can be just as deadly yet they're not legislated. Interesting loophole....

Got a bb gun pistol from my dad. Takes two cartridges and provides multiple shots w/ the force of a .22
