What will get me banned?
It won't scale up.
At least, I have very little hope that it will. But I love having a place that I can go for legitimate discussion. So enjoying it while I can.

If it scales slowly, then there's time to tweek it as things go.
So anythings possible.
But, as they say, if you want to hear God laugh tell him your plans. So I'm just going to play along and see where the ride takes us, without any expectations.

None that I am aware of.
But by starting with a small, mixed, and open-minded community, I hope that example will attract others that are similar.
If we don't start polarized, and avoid letting politics creep into moderation and administration, we may be able to stay this way.
I don't think we need to (or should) keep anyone away. I just hope that we can first establish a balanced community that has a distaste for that type of drama-baiting. Someone like Kevdude would find no traction here.
If he made accusations, people would look into it, and discuss it, before starting drama and flinging shit around.
It's mostly just a guessing game/experiment. I think the goal is to create a site where different types of people can get along, and as much as possible, avoid drama, all while being as free and open as possible.
It's an ambitious goal. It works well with a small group but I don't know how well it will scale up.
