Bush and Bill Clinton after their presidencies of them sitting together, talking and laughing, and while Bill was a little handsy (no surprise there, right :p), you could tell they had some genuine affection for each other. I suspect many presidents in the modern day are like this - understanding politics, being what they are, and there's only a few people in the entire world who know what the feeling is like. It's a tight-knit fraternity, so it's natural there would be some mutual respect and sympathy between them.
