Since we've already found the most notified phukers, can we get a list of the most down voted phukers or those with the lowest scores?

Voat wasn't (modern)voat until some people thought they had the moral right to use their votes to silence others. I only downvote spammers but I don't assume others hold the same values as me.

It wasn't "modern" voat until Reddit banned all of the alt-hate groups and those users migrated to voat. Modern is probably a misnomer, though. "Evil Undead" voat is much more accurate.

There are plenty of legitimate users on negative scores on Voat purely because people found out they could silence others through that system. The same would happen here eventually.
