I think the color difference could be a bit higher on votes and there being some color difference on the subscribe button would be nice.
Likely you would just change the class so that css can customize the color change.

It's very hard to make the upvote and downvote colours stand out on light mode, I tried different things but didn't really want to have them look different to the way they are on dark mode. Maybe the default arrow colour can be brightened but I doubt it'll make much difference.
