we talked a lot about merch a year ago and decided against a person managing it. We decided on a redbubble store instead.
Basically they have the merch and handle the shipping and payments. Even though they take a cut, it guarantees that nobody can gain access to our users' names/address/phone/paymentinfo, that all merch is processed right away and shipped properly, and that if something happens in shipping, it will get replaced without it costing against us to ship another item.
