RES and AVE both add neverending scroll to Reddit and Voat, but I don't think I would use either of them if the sites had a built in option for neverending scroll.
We don't really have a need for it at the moment because there are so few posts, but it makes browsing the frontpage a lot better, and is useful for most subs, particularly ones like ModernPowers where you have to read a bunch of posts.
