Why is cycling a rifle like this "not nearly as lethal" as quickly as squeezing the trigger of an AR-15? Hopefully it's not several seconds difference.

You can bump fire an ar-15 pretty easily w/ like 5 minutes practice. No special stocks needed. Bear in mind those ARs are legal in california provided they have that retarded cheap plastic add on that makes the pistol grip so you can't hold it. Most ARs are gas impingement or piston driven. Without getting into it too much you squeeze the trigger you get a bullet. In california so that gun could have the pistol grip w/o that weird plastic condom on it's grip they designed it basically like a pump action shotgun. You have to pump the gun to load a new round into the chamber each time. Neither of the laws make any sense as a pair of scissors could remove that plastic crap california requires to be around the grip of a normal AR-15.
