I have precisely seven comments I could make about this photo and all would be misinterpreted in todays climate. This is an example of overt and humorous Israeli propaganda though. It's actually quite well thought out. Respect. I'd still rather just frack more... if it's the cost of not being in the middle east. I agree about the humorous part. It used to be that propaganda only worked when it wasn't recognized as such. At some point some Mossad brain stood up in a meeting and said "You know, they might be less likely to bomb us if we just spam their websites with sexy jews holding guns." And thus a new age of self-aware propaganda was born
As for the rest, I don't think its about the US getting oil anymore. Rather, its about cock-blocking Russia from getting oil. Unfortunately that means more allied production isn't gonna satisfy the agenda.
