that's odd, i thought i expressely used vanilla props. if it needs a dlc i think it would show on the upload.

The thing i can think of is https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=478820060 I might have used a none vanilla highway. do keep me informed

That was it, with the networks extensions it starts normally.

Looks like it's network extensions which depends on something else it doesn't declare. When I enable it I'm unable to create zones. even with all other mods disabled and on a default map.
