Car mechanic simulator 2014 it was 66 cents and as it turns out isn’t horrible.

Might I recommend "My Summer Car"? It's pretty similar, except there's only one car, and you're a drunken Finn who also has to pump septic tanks for car and booze money.

I own that one, I played it for a while but it was tough. I hope it gets better with updates. I haven't played it in easily a year.
