It is very much not the type of game I usually enjoy.
However, the gameplay was so interesting, it was great. The game is excellent at introducing new mechanic, let you play with it for an hour, and then discarding it before you can get bored. It was always something fresh, something interesting.
he campaign story was a bit cookie-cutter, but it serviced the gameplay. The voiceacting was good, alleviating the eye-roll.
I recommend it! Definitely worth the money.
It's too bad it wasn't as widely played as the first. It was finally a great game by a great dev team who wanted not unlimited revenue, but to make a great game and they succeeded. Unfortunately when they see COD and BF titles micro-transacting the dogshit out of everything successfully it doesn't bode well for future titles being just good games.
