It's being overused for sure. Trump uses it a lot to now.
Thing is, this is moslty playing around in Rotterdam... a city and population which was bombed by the Germans to speeden the war against our neutral little country during WW2. The mayor of Rotterdam (a very competent guy and a muslim; he was the one telling ppl that didnt want to be here to turn in their passports before leaving to syria or iraq) put the finger on that one in his statement.
My family comes from Rotterdam so I can relate.
